## The same rules under every box

- **The price is on the page.** No "contact us" below Large.
- **Paid before we start.** A Small in full at checkout. Bigger jobs in parts, each paid before it starts.
- **Delivery in days.** Working days, counted from the day we have the access we asked for.
- **Review rounds counted.** One in Small, two in Medium and Large. A round corrects what was agreed.
- **On time or 20 % back.** As credit or refund, your choice.
- **You sign off every delivery.** One tap, kept with time, version and fingerprint.
- **Every fee counts forward.** Every Discover and Small fee, toward the next box within 60 days.
- **It runs on your account.** You own the work. Nothing is switched off automatically over an invoice.
