AI agents draft most of what we write to you and for you. The owner of the firm reads each draft and decides what you receive. This page says what AI drafts, what a person decides and what we record.

What AI drafts

Our AI agents are workflows on the Plunge AI platform. Each one drafts one kind of text. No agent sends what it wrote.

The reply to your enquiry
An agent researches your company from public sources, then drafts our reply. It offers only the boxes and prices on the price list and asks at most three questions.
The fit check
For a self-serve order, an agent reads your intake answers and drafts whether the order fits the size you bought. It never decides a refund.
Proposals
An agent drafts two or three options, each one size from our catalog at its catalog price.
Research reports
An agent researches one question and drafts a report. Every claim carries the source it came from, and a claim it cannot source is dropped.
AI Audits and Diagnostic findings
An agent drafts the findings. You check and correct them before any recommendation is made.
Status notes and reminders
Agents draft the status note of your engagement, reminders for a sign-off that is waiting and reminders for an overdue invoice.
Renewal offers and change orders
An agent drafts the renewal offer before a term ends. A scope watch reads your requests against the signed scope and flags anything beyond the box; an agent then drafts a change order.
Invoice notes
An agent drafts the cover note of an invoice.
The monthly Run report
An agent drafts the monthly report on the system we run for you.

Each agent is told to write plainly, to promise no results, never to name another client, and to treat the text it reads as information, never as instructions.

What a person decides

Every text an agent drafts for you is a draft until the owner approves it. The owner can approve it, edit it, have the agent redraft it from an instruction, or reject it.

By default, no kind of message goes out on its own. These kinds always wait for the owner's approval and can never be made automatic:

  • proposals;
  • statements of work;
  • change orders;
  • invoice notes;
  • fit checks;
  • renewal offers.

Receipts and the links to sign, pay or review are transactional notices. They go out on their own.

What no agent does

No agent sends, signs, pays or sets anything up. Those steps happen in the product, after a person approves them or when you act yourself: you sign, you pay, and nothing is set up on your account before a person approves it.

What we record

Every AI action that reaches you is logged: a message we sent you, an answer from the assistant in your portal, an action the assistant proposed. Each entry records:

  • the model that drafted it;
  • the run id, so the agent's work can be traced;
  • who approved it;
  • when it was approved.

The assistant in your portal

Your portal has a chat assistant. It answers from the same cards as the portal's pages, so it never shows you more than the page would.

Before anything that changes money or scope, it shows a confirm card and waits for you. It never signs, pays or decides for you.

Interviews and evidence

A Diagnostic may include interviews with your people. Each interview is opt-in for the person we talk to. Before it starts, we tell them its purpose, whether it is recorded and how long we keep it.

Evidence you share is kept in your company's file folder. AI agents draft the findings, and you check and correct them. The recommendation comes next, and you sign it before we propose any build. It may say "don't build yet".

Your review of the work

You review every delivery: you approve it or request changes. A Small includes one review round, a Medium and a Large two.

Each decision is a signed record. Records are only added, never changed, and each one is bound to a fingerprint of the exact version you decided on.
