Terms
The agreement between your company and Plunge AI for the work Plunge AI Consulting does for you. You accept it on the start form or at checkout, and we record the version you accepted. When these terms change, the version below changes and we ask you to accept the new one.

In short: you pick a size with its price on the page; nothing starts before it is paid; we deliver in working days from the day we have access, or you get 20 % back; you sign off every delivery; the work runs on your own account. This summary does not replace the terms below.
What we sell
Four boxes — Discover, Build, Connect and Run — each in three sizes: Small, Medium and Large. Each size on the price list states its price, what you get, what we need from you, its delivery days, its review rounds and how it is paid. That listing, as it stood when you ordered, is the scope of your order and appears as the line of your order form.
A size is either bought at checkout on its own (a self-serve size) or sold from a proposal we write for you. An Agent build needs a signed recommendation first, from a Prototype, an AI Audit or a Diagnostic. An Application is quoted only after a Diagnostic and is built phase by phase.
How you order
A self-serve size is ordered in your portal: you answer its intake questions, sign the order form and pay. Any other size starts with a proposal: you choose one of its options, sign the order form (and a statement of work where the size has one) and pay the first part.
You sign by typing your name. We keep each signature with the exact version it signed, a fingerprint of that content, the time, and the consent text you agreed to. The person who signs and pays for your company is its sponsor.
Paying
Nothing starts before it is paid. Each size's payment rule is on the price list:
- the Research report, the AI Audit, the Prototype and the Quickstart: in full at checkout;
- the Diagnostic, Team and Enterprise: 50 % at signing and 50 % on delivery or at the readout; the second half is invoiced when the delivery is ready, and the delivery itself is released once that invoice is paid;
- an Agent: 50 % at signing, 40 % at test start and 10 % after the test report passes;
- an Application: each phase paid before it starts;
- a Run plan: monthly in advance.
Prices are in US dollars and come from our catalog; your order form shows the price, any credit and the total. Stripe processes cards and bank transfers; we never see your card number. Work starts on a bank transfer only once the payment has succeeded, not while it is processing.
The fit check and refunds
Every self-serve order gets a fit check from its intake answers within one business day. No work starts on an order that has not passed it.
If it does not fit, you choose: swap to the matching Discover size with the full amount credited, or a full refund. Until the fit check passes, a paid size is refundable in full. After that, box fees are not refundable, except the on-time credit below.
Delivery days
Delivery is counted in working days, in your time zone, from the day you have given us what the size needs from you (access, data, the people we should talk to). The clock pauses while a sign-off or a to-do waits on you, and your portal shows the due date and the paused time.
On time or 20 % back
When a box's final delivery reaches you after its due date (pauses excluded), you get 20 % of the size's price back. You choose, in your portal, to keep it as credit or to have it refunded to the original payment method. Only a delay you caused, recorded with its evidence and its reason shown to you, removes it.
Review rounds and sign-off
A Small includes one review round, a Medium and a Large two. Each "Request changes" on a delivery uses one. A round corrects what was agreed; it never adds scope. A request past the included rounds becomes a change order you can accept or decline.
You sign off every delivery, in your portal or from the link in your email. A link works once and for 7 days, without a login. Each decision is kept with the version and the fingerprint of what you decided on.
Change orders
Work beyond a box is a change order at our hourly rate, or the next box. A change order states its scope and price; nothing in it runs until your sponsor signs it, and declining it costs nothing.
Credit forward
Every Discover fee and every Small fee is credited in full against the next box you buy within 60 days of paying it. The credit is applied once, as its own line on the next order form.
Late payment
An invoice past its due date gets reminders. At 15 days overdue, no new work or phase starts until it is paid; at 30 days we may send a stop-work notice. Paying an open invoice always works. Pausing your agents on your account is never automatic, and the system stays on your account.
Run plans
A Run plan is paid monthly in advance. After a build its minimum term is six months, then it runs month to month. Each tier's response time and included hours of changes are on the price list. We send a renewal offer 30 and 7 days before a term ends.
Ownership and your data
What we build runs on your own Plunge account, with keys minted on that account. When you accept a delivery and its invoice is paid, we assign to you the rights we hold in it. Rights sets out what that means.
Platform usage — the runs your systems make — is paid from your own Plunge account and never re-invoiced by us. We do not train or fine-tune any model on your data.
AI and approvals
AI agents draft our proposals, reports, status notes and messages. A person at Plunge approves every message before it is sent to you; receipts and sign-off or payment links are the exception and go out on their own. Every AI action that reaches you is logged. AI disclosure has the detail.
Results
We deliver what the size lists, tested as the size says. We do not promise business results beyond that, and nothing in these terms is a guarantee of them.
Ending the work
Your sponsor can download your company's data from the portal at any time. On request we erase it, as Privacy describes. If Plunge AI stops the service, we tell you at least 60 days ahead and give you a full export first.
