Rights

What we build for you is yours, and it runs on your own account. This page says what you own, what stays ours, and what we record so that ownership holds up.

In short: what we build runs on your own Plunge account; once you accept a delivery and its invoice is paid, we assign to you the rights we hold in it; your data stays yours and we train no model on it; the Plunge AI platform itself stays ours; we give no intellectual-property indemnity unless you raise it before signing. This summary does not replace the page below.

It runs on your account

What we build runs on your own Plunge account, with keys minted on that account. We record a key by its id and its prefix only, never the key itself.

What you own

When you accept a delivery and its invoice is paid, we assign to you the rights we hold in it. That covers what we made for you: documents, reports, code and workflows.

Your data and material

Your data and the material you share with us stay yours. We use them only for your work. One client's material is never used for another client's work.

Your sponsor can download your company's data from the portal at any time. Privacy says what we keep and how to have it erased.

No training on your data

We do not train or fine-tune any model on your data.

Model terms

Our agents call commercial AI models through their providers' APIs. Those providers' API terms allow commercial use of what the models produce.

Every AI action that reaches you is logged with the model that drafted it. AI disclosure has the detail.

What stays ours

The Plunge AI platform itself stays Plunge AI's. You use its components under the licence that comes with your Plunge account. What we assign to you is what we built for you on top of it.

Indemnity

We do not give an intellectual-property indemnity by default. If your company needs one, raise it before you sign so it can be agreed in writing.

What we do instead: the owner reads every draft before it reaches you, every claim in a research report carries its source, and you sign off every delivery. These steps lower the risk. They are not a guarantee.

Who did what

Work made by AI alone may have little or no copyright protection, while the choices people make can be protected. So we keep a record of the human part:

  • the owner reviews and approves each draft before it reaches you, and the log names who approved it and when;
  • you sign off each delivery, and each decision is a signed record bound to a fingerprint of the exact version.

Those records show who did what. We cannot promise that any piece is protected by copyright; the records are the evidence, not the outcome.
